All ordered are shipped out of Niagara, Ontario Canada.

Due to the nature of  handmade paper goods made in small batches, all shop sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me at timararosetattooer@icloud.com within 14 days and I will make it right.

As a small business, all orders are processed within 3-5 days of receipt and shipped out of Niagara, Canada. Eternal Rose Mail Club orders ship separately from regular orders on the 5th of each month.

All mail club envelopes are sent out with a stamp through Canada Post  to help keep shipping costs affordable for everyone. Unfortunately this option does not offer tracking. Purchases made from the webstore will be sent as a parcel and tracking will be included. I have no control over any duties, customs costs or processing delays. Please allow 1-3 weeks for Canadian orders and 3-6 weeks for orders outside of Canada.
