All ordered are shipped out of Niagara, Ontario Canada.
Size charts are provided on the each of product pages as well as a description of the material used. All of our products are locally made in Ontario and designed by tattoo artist Timara Rose.
If you have an issue with your order, please send photos, order # and what the issue is to TIMARAROSETATTOOER@ICLOUD.COM and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If your order has arrived damaged please contact your shipping provider. We try our best to ensure items such as prints and stickers are shipped safely and securely, however the condition your package arrives in completely out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for damaged items.
As a small business, all orders are processed within 3-5 days of receipt and shipped out of Niagara, Canada. Shipping fees flat rate and can be viewed here!
All packages sent out come with tracking. Canadian orders that are small enough to ship in a stamped envelope (stickers) will be sent that way without tracking.
Please contact your postal service provider regarding any lost of stolen packages before contacting us. We take no responsibility for any orders that are lost in transit, stolen, or damaged. Once your package leaves us it is up to you to keep an eye on the tracking info sent via email and be there to receive it. We take no responsibility and have no control over any duties, customs costs or processing delays.
Yup! We offer local pick up @ Seven Moons Tattoo in Fonthill, Niagara Tuesday-Friday from 11:00am-5:00pm. Please contact Timara directly via instagram @timararose OR at timararosetattooer@icloud.com to arrange a local pick up order. Full inventory is not available at Seven Moons.
