Refund and Returns Policy

✶ Refunds and returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer shipping labels for returns and do not cover the costs to return your order. Consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Items purchased outside of Canada / United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.

REFUNDS / RETURNS & EXCHANGES

✶ Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

✶ To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a copy of your proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✶ If you wish to exchange an item, simply purchase the item you wish to exchange and send us a return package with a note explaining your return as well as the original order number included. Refunds will be processed upon receiving your return package.
